EHS – Support

Safety tops the list of Kinetics’ core values. We adhere to uncompromised safety standards for our employees, clients, and subcontractors. Particularly in the high-tech industries we serve, including microelectronics, solar, biopharmaceutical, cloud storage, and research and development, environmental health and safety (EHS) support is paramount. Compliance with safety regulations can mean the difference between life and death. As such, EHS planning must be designed in from the start, and include hazard analysis, work instructions and safety guidelines, as well as worker training.

Our Beyond Zero safety program focuses on reducing physical and environmental risk factors, and continually improving processes to eliminate injuries. Emphasis is placed on personal safety and responsibility, a positive attitude, active leadership, and a team approach. Each new hire is assigned a mentor who orients them to their job environment and potential hazards. Through pre-task planning, open communication, and adapting site-specific safety plans, our crews are equipped to make wise choices throughout a facility build or expansion, tool installation, and ramp to production, as well as continuing operations.

As part of facility management support operations, Kinetics offers EHS support to identify methods and systems for reducing job-site health risks and accidents. We seek a close cooperation with the client to create effective and consistent work and process instructions, and safety communication protocols. Kinetics applies an EDP-supported management system, comprised of work safety, environment protection and quality management. We have been certified according to OHRIS, DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, and ISO 14001:2004. Clients recognize our commitment to safety, as evidenced by awards from MCAA, California Pipefitters, North Carolina, and AstraZeneca.
