MEGA^® SA300: Non-destructive concentration measurement.

Using infrared, refractometry and ultrasonic techniques, the KINETICS MEGA^® SA300 PCMB performs real-time chemical concentration measurements. These operations are non-destructive of the sample, so the equipment can be placed on the primary process lines of the reservoir or, if present, on the return loops of chemical process tools without compromising the integrity or chemical character of the liquid.

MEGA^® SA300 Series in-line chemical concentration systems can also be deployed in slipstreams for additional savings by serving multiple analysis points with a single analyzer.

For example, the non-destructive sampling nature of the MEGA^® SA300 avoids compromising the integrity or chemistry of the liquid when used in return circuits and even matches or exceeds many multi-point analyzers.
