MEGA® Air VMB: Simple gas dosing.
The MEGA® Air VMB manual gas dispenser is an easy-to-use manual gas dosing system primarily intended for inert gases such as O2, N2, CF4, SF6 and He. The manually operated gas manifold is intended for operations where closed gas cabinets are not required or do not fit into the facility. The system has a manually operated gas shut-off valve as standard. An optional automatic gas shut-off valve (with simple controls) is available if required for safety reasons.
