KESG is a market leader for manual and automated equipment used to process chemicals, slurries, and specialty gasses. With over 45 years of experience, KESG has deep expertise in chemical and slurry blend and delivery for the semiconductor market, including solar, LED and UHP industries. The brand MEGA®
MEGA® KINETICS Fluid Systems is our subsidiary for chemical and slurry distribution systems for the semiconductor, LED, pharmaceutical, specialty chemical and solar/PV industries. The MEGA® product line complements KINETICS' existing process media distribution systems.
Originally a KINETICS spin-off in 2004, MEGA® Fluid Systems has been serving customers around the world for almost twenty years. The company is known for its state-of-the-art systems that deliver the most difficult and sensitive chemicals and slurries for chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) to process tools. In 2018, MEGA® rejoined the KINETICS family while maintaining its own brand and product line.
The WAFAB brand
Ambitious to support the ever-growing needs of our customers KINETICS acquired WAFAB International in 2017. A company recognized for its new and refurbished wet benches for processing chemicals and etching wafers. With the addition of WAFAB, KINETICS’ offerings extend from the sub-fab through the cleanroom, and from process development through high-volume manufacturing.
