Rest assured, you won’t find off-the-shelf components in any of our Kinetics-made equipment. That’s because manufacturing precision equipment goes beyond the simple assembly of parts. It involves fabrication processes like cutting, folding, machining, punching, shearing, stamping and welding.

To meet the tight qualifications of the industries we serve, we fabricate our own parts from raw materials. That includes tool housing, piping, fittings, and all the process components. It’s the only way to control the process from beginning to end.

A Global Fabrication Footprint

Kinetics’ clients benefit from our broad shop resources for fabricating the full range of mechanical and process components. We have multiple fabrication shops located strategically throughout the US, Europe and Asia.

Prior to fabrication, our designers transfer all isometric drawing to the shop electronically and review specific job details. The work flow within the shop is sequenced with project release dates and work package completion dates. This results in cost, schedule and productivity benefits at the job site.

Designers electronically transfer isometric drawings to the Kinetics shop, review details, and then sequence project release dates along with work package completion dates.
