The scope of work for this project included:
- Installation of all FDA validated and non-validated orbital welded stainless steel piping systems including WFI, Pure Steam, CIP and product piping with strict QA/QC requirements and 100% boroscope inspection
- Installation of all schedule 10 stainless steel water, drain and vent piping systems
- Installation of in-suite gas piping
- Rigging and installation of process equipment including pumps, heat exchangers and skids;
- Process vessel trim;
- Subcontracts for piping insulation, rigging and passivation.
