Kinetics' UPW products are small-to-medium capacity turnkey ultrapure water systems for localized semiconductor, photovoltaic, pharmaceutical and nanotechnology applications. With a make-up stage capacity up to 17 m3 per hour, our UPW systems utilize a combination of pre-treatment, reverse osmosis, degasification, electro-deionization, UV disinfection, ion exchange and membrane filtration technologies. The UPW systems can be configured for several capacity ranges at the polishing stage, depending on the specific client process requirements. A combination of standard and optional instrumentation provides the data to ensure a consistent level of water purity, on a continuous basis.

The Kinetics UPW 100 water purification unit is a standard purity turnkey water purification system, targeted for photovoltaic thin film applications. The UPW 200 unit is a high purity turnkey ultrapure water system, targeted for photovoltaic crystalline silicon applications. The UPW 300 water purification system is an ultra-high purity turnkey unit, targeted for microelectronic device processing.
