President and Chief Executive Officer
Peter has been with Kinetics since 2000, and has held a variety of positions in engineering, operations, and business management. Prior to being named President and CEO, he served as president of International Operations. Peter has a strong finance background, having joined Kinetics from the Banking industry. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics.

Norm Escover
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel
Norm is a licensed Professional Engineer and has worked in the construction industry for over 23 years, having served in various engineering and project management roles. He earned a law degree in 1994, and has held a variety of management positions in the legal, engineering, operations, corporate and human resource groups since joining the Kinetics team in 2003. He holds a BS in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and a JD degree from the University of San Francisco.

Greg Bauer
Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing, & Business Development
Greg is a highly accomplished sales and marketing professional with 30 years experience in the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries. He has worked for a variety of global organizations in the process materials and chemical equipment arenas. He holds a BS degree in Marketing from California State University, Hayward, CA.

Michael R. Cables
Executive Vice President Labor Relations, Safety & QA/QC
Mike is a 27-year veteran with Kinetics, and has served in several operational and management roles throughout North America. He has over 38 years of experience in the design, fabrication and installation of specialty and general mechanical piping systems, and holds a variety of Master licenses in 11 states. Mike is currently the National VP and Treasurer of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), and serves on the national boards for both MCAA and the Pipe Fabrication Institute. Mike is a graduate from the MCAA Advanced Leadership Institute.

Wolfgang Scheeff
General Manager & Chief Operating Officer, International / Geschäftsführer
Wolfgang has been a key part of the Kinetics senior management team since 2007, with over 30 years experience in the high-technology construction industry. Previously he worked for M+W Group in Germany, as senior project manager, and also served as managing director for a regional German HVAC company. Wolfgang holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Pforzheim, in Germany.

Uwe Hillig
Vice President International Operations, Electronics
With over 28 years in the electronics industry in Germany, Dr. Hillig joined Kinetics in 1995. He has served Kinetics in various operations and management roles, and now leads the electronics, solar and general business unit in Europe and the middle-East. He holds a Diplom Ingenieur degree and a PhD in mechanical construction, both from Technical University Dresden.

Joachim Biggen
Vice President International Operations, FM
Joachim has worked for Kinetics since 1999, holding various positions in quality, engineering and business management. Prior to joining Kinetics, he worked for Siemens-AG as a laboratory engineer, and Chemische Werke Kluthe, as technical sales representative. Joachim received a degree as a Certified Environmental Engineer.

Jochen Straub
General Manager / Geschäftsführer
A veteran of 23-years with Kinetics, Jochen has served in a variety of engineering and management positions. His fields of expertise include design of high-purity gas handling and purification equipment, and the implementation of advanced quality management systems. Jochen has diverse experience in designing and building highly-capable process facilities for microelectronic and biopharmaceutical clients throughout the world.

Chooi Choon Keet
General Manager, Asia Pacific
Chooi has been with Kinetics for 11 years, and has held various positions in Malaysia including business manager, operations manager and now general manager of Asian operations. He holds a degree in business administration from RMIT University.

Ang Wee Heong
Country Manager, Singapore
Ang joined Kinetics in 2010 as country manager of Singapore operations. Prior to Kinetics, Ang worked for Singapore Oxygen Air Liquide (SOXAL) for 16 years, holding various positions in engineering, project management and operations management. He holds a bachelor of engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University, in Singapore.
